"Chas Young was recommended to me by my Father. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and it was fantastic to have someone explain IT in a layman’s language that I could understand!. Chas took time and effort to make sure that my home computer ran well for both my own usage and for the children as well. I have no hesitations in recommending Chas Young as a preferred computer support."

"If you can not do as Rudyard Kipling once said "If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs." then I suggest you call on Chas Young to help you solve your computer problems.
Chas on occasion has helped me with many aspects of program installation and usage. With his calm relaxed manner he has solved my problems with a minimum of fuss.
For a down to earth computer expert Chas Young fits the bill."Cheers,
Joan
What We Do
MATE Computing (mature age technology expertise) is a company specialising in computer support services for mature aged people.
We provide a wide range of professional services covering PC maintenance, software upgrades, problem diagnosis, technical advice, individual training and more.
MATE Computing provides good old fashioned friendly personalised service for home users and businesses throughout all areas of the NSW Central Coast. Our mature aged technician can provide assistance with in-home visits or can provide remote support from a separate location, to accurately diagnose and fix computer problems that you might be experiencing. Depending on the nature of the problem; some may be fixed remotely and others may require a service call to your home or workplace.
Our company specialises in providing computer help and support for mature aged people. We will not bamboozle you with technical jargon (geek speak), instead we will explain things clearly in plain and easy to understand terms. Many people in this industry will take it for granted that you already have an in-depth understanding of computing. This can often be a cause of embarrassment when people do not understand and are afraid to ask what they fear might be a 'dumb question'.
MATE Computing caters for all types of users: whether you have already acquired a sound computing knowledge, have a basic understanding or perhaps have no idea whatsoever.
We can provide personalised in-house computer training for a single person or larger groups to help understand the basics, and become a more confident and proficient computer user.
Our technician can advise you of affordable equipment solutions for every budget without being conned into buying equipment that is either out-dated or considered as being over-kill for your needs.
The internet and computers can open up a whole new world of communication and information for online users; it is never too late to learn!
